Robot Sketches-Grace and I

Here are some Robot sketches my sister and I did a while back. I need the broom bot for my dorm room I think.

Little Guy

This is a render from the 3D project I am working on for Environments class. The animation is about a little creature from space who is riding a meteor and sees the Earth. Once he sees the Earth he jumps off the meteor and starts falling toward earth. Perhaps he will find happiness on Earth.

Grace at the park

Animation Studio

This is some concept art for a film that I am making this year with another student. It is a story about a young child who finds that he has a special gift that makes him an outcast. But he is able to find comfort in his relationship with his father.

Henry and the Banshee

This is an illustration of a boy and a banshee that I would love to turn into either a book, or just a series of short stories accompanied by illustrations.
The boy, whose name is Henry, has this friend which is a Banshee. Henry is the only one who can see him. The Banshee pulls henry around in a wagon, and Henry loves to hang different things from the loop in the Banshees head.
So there is some of what I have in mind for these two.

Why a Blog?

I, Cevin Thornbrugh, just wanted to give you guys a chance to see whats been happing and what not. I might not post very frequently but I think some kind of update is better than no update. I should upload some art or pics and what not... some photography, animation photos, concept art and possibly some story boards. So to any one interested, Family, enjoy.
